Yes. A non-refundable deposit of £750 / $1,000 secures your space.

Balance payment is due by 31st October 2025. Payment plans are available - select your room tier to book, and the payment options will be shown.

Spaces are limited to 16 leaders only. This ensures deep connection, rich conversation, and powerful energetic calibration across the group.

We love when aligned leaders come together — and we’re happy to offer the following:

• Share a Room: If two people choose to share a room (double or twin, just let us know which suits), each guest receives a 25% discount off the full price.

• Refer a Friend: If you refer someone who books a separate room, both you and your friend receive a 10% discount each.

Please note: Discounts cannot be combined. You’ll receive the higher of the two, not both.

To claim your discount:

1. Both guests must book within 48 hours of each other

2. Email [email protected] with your names and room preferences after booking

3. We’ll confirm your shared or referral status and apply the adjusted rate. This will either refund you with the discount or apply it to your final instalment if you have selected a payment plan.

Yes — all genders are welcome, and this space is intentionally created to be safe, respectful, and supportive for every participant.

Each guest will have their own private ensuite room, so there is no sharing of bedrooms or facilities (unless requested). This allows everyone to fully relax and focus on their own integration and growth while being part of a deeply respectful leadership group.

Booking & Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of £750 / $900 is required to secure your place.

• The balance will be invoiced on 1st October and must be paid in full by 31st October 2025.

• Your booking is confirmed only once your deposit has been received and a confirmation email sent.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be received in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• If you cancel:

  • Before 31st October 2025: we will refund any amount paid beyond the deposit.

  • After 31st October 2025: no refunds will be given.

• If you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to another approved individual with written notice and agreement.
