Terms & Conditions – The Year 3000 Influencers Retreat at Ardoch Estate

1. Retreat Purpose

This retreat is an intuitive and creative experience designed for visionary women wanting to make meaningful, aligned change in the worlds.

(If you are currently in crisis or seeking healing or emotional support this may not be the right environment at this time.)

Our work is rooted in energetic leadership, intuitive intelligence, and creative flow for real-world alignment.

2. Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £750 is included in your room booking payment.

Once your payment is received a confirmation email will be automatically sent to you. 

We will follow up within 24 hours with a business VAT invoice for your records.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email to [email protected])..

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable unless we are able to fill your place before the event starts.

  • If you cancel:

    • Before 31st October 2025: any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

    • After 31st October 2025: No refunds can be issued unless we are able to fill your place before the event starts.

You may transfer your place to another pre-approved participant with written notice and agreement.

4. Travel & Insurance

Travel to and from the venue is not included, however if enough people register an interest of being collected from Glasgow, we will arrange a collective pick up on Monday and drop off on Friday. Once you have booked we will be in touch to ask if this is something you might like to be included in.
We strongly advise you to take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances, including illness, cancellation, or disruption.

5. Code of Conduct

This is a space for gentle, responsible leaders, visionaries and creatives.

All attendees are expected to:

  • Maintain confidentiality

  • Honour group agreements

  • Respect diverse views, personal energy boundaries, and the integrity of the group process

Any behaviour that is disruptive, unsafe, or misaligned with the intent of this retreat may result in removal without refund.

6. Venue, Changes & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to adjust retreat content, guest speaker sessions, or the schedule as needed to ensure the highest quality experience.

In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by us, a full refund of all payments made will be issued. We do not cover any additional costs such as travel, accommodation outside the retreat dates, or lost time.
