Mental Health and Subtle Energy

Each of us carries a unique story, a tapestry of experiences that define our journey. My own path, though not extraordinary in the grand scheme, was profoundly shaped by an early family challenge. During my formative years, a close family member grappled with severe mental illness. This struggle unfolded during a time when mental health was a misunderstood and stigmatized topic, casting a shadow of shame and judgment not just on those suffering but on their families too.

Times have changed, and thankfully, society's understanding of and support for mental health issues have evolved. Yet, the prevalence of mental health challenges continues to climb, underscoring the need for innovative approaches to well-being.

My personal journey led me to discover the transformative power of reading subtle energies through intuitive and psychic senses. This, combined with practical life skills training, has been instrumental in enhancing mental well-being. I've learned that the nuances of our relationships, especially how we perceive our self-worth and our connection with money, are pivotal to our holistic health.

In my work, I delve into these intricate dynamics, offering insights and tools that empower others to navigate their lives with greater awareness and resilience. Join me in exploring how understanding subtle energy and essential life skills can be the key to a more balanced and fulfilling existence.

We have created and live in a fear-based world.  Let's reduce this burden on our children's future.

Our Values

My Sequence of Life Skills Books

My initial library provides simple, focused overviews of key relationships. In order of publication, this is the planned sequence of my first six topics. Money is the first topic now available.

1. Money

The relationship we have with money is the 2nd longest relationship any of us will ever have in our lives. The first is with ourselves. Having a good relationship with money is fundamental to having a good relationship with life.

2. Self-worth

The longest relationship we will ever have is the one we have with ourselves. Yet almost everyone has an inner-critic. The solution for a happier life, and even world peace lies within us all adopting a kind, self-worth mindset.

3. Our Bodies

World obesity is getting worse. Fat is a natural survival mechanism for our 'body animal', which I believe is in charge of our fat storage - not our minds. Negativity and mind-based fears are stressing our bodies. We have unique perspectives to share.

4. Relationships

Humans are mostly sociable, preferring to live in groups and belong to communities. Yet many individuals do not feel seen nor heard by those close to them. We explore this complex aspect of life and offer helpful guidance.

5. Self-Expression

Creativity is a natural antidote for mental stress. We have five primary mind-based fears that contribute to the world being a challenging and difficult place to live in. This book will show you how to restore your creativity and self-expression.

6. Subtle Energy

We are all impacted by the subtle and not so subtle energy of others. We are also impacted by the energy in the places we live, in the places we work and in the places we visit. In this book, we will explain the impact of subtle energy within our lives.
