Dear Beautiful Soul,
July has been a beautiful blend of reflection, gentle expansion, and quiet power. I’ve been creating, teaching, honouring memory, and preparing for what’s coming next.
Here are ten things I’ve experienced or witnessed this month—each one holding a key, a question, or a quiet revelation. I hope something in here sparks something true in you.
1. New Dates + A New Deal – Develop Your Intuition and Creativity Retreat
The retreat has a new name and a revised focus:

2. First Ever Art Exhibition – Nearly There!
My first public art exhibition is just around the corner. I’ve been framing, cataloguing, stringing, and preparing with joy and a little nerves.
It’s reminded me how much business savvy and creative courage artists quietly carry.
I’ve deeply appreciated the support and organisation of the local community as I step into this milestone.
3. The Return of Weight, Shame & Your Body’s Intelligence
This free 4-day masterclass ran in July—and the response was beautiful. It’s designed for women who eat when they’re not hungry and are exhausted from years of diets, willpower, and shame.
🌿 If you missed it, I’ll be running another masterclass at the end of August.
In the meantime, my book The Intelligent Body is available on Amazon for anyone ready to understand what weight is really here to tell us.
4. The Islay Wellness Diet – Fully Subscribed
The coaching cohort for The Islay Wellness Diet is now full—but don’t worry…
✨ A self-paced version will launch in September.
This program is unlike anything else in the health world. It’s not about control—it’s about reconnection. If you’re ready to return to your body, this course will show you the way.
5. Mum’s Angelversary – July 6th
On July 6th, I honoured the anniversary of my mum’s passing—her angelversary—with quiet time and love alongside my dad.
It’s amazing how time softens and transforms grief. In some ways, it feels like yesterday. In others, like a whole new chapter has bloomed since.
I’ve included below a photo of the angel and dragon that appeared in the clouds the day after she crossed.
6. Tarot Reading Schedule Update
I’m shifting my tarot readings to every other day to make space for art, course development and deeper energy work.
🌙 Thank you for your patience, and for honouring the energy it takes to hold space with clarity and presence.
Sometimes less is more—especially when the energy is precise.
7. Animal Communication Course – What a Group!
The latest animal communication course has been extraordinary.
✨ Once again, we’ve been blown away by the accuracy and intuition of our students—proving again that telepathy is not rare, it’s natural.

8. Re-Emerging from Hermit Mode
After four years of deep internal work and quiet healing, I’m reconnecting with people and places again—and it feels good.
There is, I promise, life after spiritual hibernation.
If you’ve been in a deep cave of your own, trust that your time to emerge will arrive. Gently, and in your own rhythm.
9. War or Peace – The Energy We Hold in Our Bodies
One of the most powerful truths I’ve seen this month is this:
If we’re at war with our bodies, we’re resonating with the energy of war.
To contribute to global peace, we must begin by cultivating peace within ourselves.
This is not metaphor—it’s energetic fact.
Stop attacking your body, and you stop sending the frequency of attack into the world.
10. A Reminder: You’re Not Broken
Whether you’re healing, growing, pausing, or re-visioning—please remember:
You are not behind.
You are not broken.
You are not late.
You are unfolding, and your body is guiding you more than you know.
Keep going. Keep softening. Keep listening.
