Time Commitment
In terms of the weekly rhythm:

Initial 6-week phase: We recommend setting aside 1 hour per day — this is a blend of course content, journaling, meditation, and energetic enquiry.

Ongoing integration: Aim for around 30 minutes a day, or a few longer sessions per week — whatever suits your rhythm.
The live class schedule is as follows:

Each live call is around 60 minutes, with 30 minutes of teaching and the rest for instruction, integration, and Q&A.
