The Islay Diet

By purchasing or enrolling in The Islay Diet, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before joining the programme.

1. Programme Overview

The Islay Diet is a 12-week online educational programme designed to support individuals who struggle with emotional eating.
It is not a medical programme, therapy, or treatment, and is intended for personal development, education, and self-reflection.

The programme consists of:

  • Four core modules, each lasting three weeks

  • Two bonus modules, unlocked after successful completion of Module 1

  • Live group coaching (weekly for the 7th January 2026 cohort; monthly thereafter)

  • Community access and peer support

2. Live Coaching Structure

January 2026 Cohort (7 Jan – 25 Mar 2026)

This cohort includes:

  • Weekly live coaching and guidance from Heather throughout the full 12 weeks

  • This is a one-off live-supported experience offered at the same price as the self-driven version

All Other Start Dates

  • Include monthly live group coaching

  • Do not include weekly live teaching

Live sessions will be recorded and made available to participants, but access to replays will only be available for 7 days.

3. Access & Lifetime Content

  • You will receive lifetime access to the course content (lessons, tools, resources, and bonus modules) once purchased.

  • Live coaching access is time-limited as follows:

    • Monthly group coaching included for 12 months from your start date

    • Six months free access to The Islay Wellness Community

After these periods, continued access to live coaching or community spaces may require a separate paid membership.

4. Pricing & Payment Options

Current pricing (subject to change):

  • One-off payment: £395 / $495

  • Payment plan:

    • £145 per month for 3 months

    • $185 per month for 3 months

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be cancelled once started, except under the refund policy below.

5. Refund Policy (14-Day Guarantee)

You are entitled to a 100% money-back guarantee if you request a refund within 14 days of starting the course, no questions asked.

After the 14-day period:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • This applies to both one-off and payment-plan purchases

6. Bonus Modules

  • Two bonus modules are included

  • Access is granted only after successful completion of Module 1

  • Bonus modules hold no standalone monetary value and cannot be refunded separately

7. Community Conduct & Removal

Participation in The Islay Wellness Community is conditional upon adherence to the community rules.

You agree to:

  • Maintain a respectful, high-vibration environment

  • Avoid sharing graphic, triggering, or energy-dumping content

  • Respect boundaries, confidentiality, and moderator decisions

Heather reserves the right to remove any participant from the community (with or without warning) if behaviour is deemed disruptive, harmful, or misaligned.
Removal for conduct reasons does not entitle the participant to a refund.

8. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing

  • The programme does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic care

  • Heather Ogilvie is not liable for outcomes, interpretations, or actions taken as a result of participation

Always consult a qualified professional if you have concerns about your physical or mental health.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials within The Islay Diet are the intellectual property of Heather Ogilvie / Islay Wellness / Ogilvie Advisory Ltd.

You may not:

  • Share, copy, reproduce, or distribute content

  • Teach or resell the material in any form

Personal use only.

10. Changes to Programme or Terms

Heather reserves the right to:

  • Update content, structure, or delivery methods

  • Make reasonable changes to live schedules or platforms

  • Update these Terms & Conditions as needed

Any significant changes will be communicated to participants.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
