Terms of Service for The Loving Souls 12-Month Business Mentoring Program

Effective date: 1st September 2024

Please read these terms carefully. They contain important details about your participation in our mentoring program.

1. OUR DETAILS

Who we are:
Our legal name is Ogilvie Advisory Ltd. We are a company registered in Scotland, with company number SC540042. Our registered office is at 358 Riverside Drive, Dundee, DD1 4XD.

2. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT

Program Duration:
The Loving Souls Business Mentoring Program is a 12-month rolling program. By enrolling, you commit to participating for the full 12 months.

Payment Options:
You can choose to pay the full program fee in advance or on a monthly basis, with payments due in advance each month.

Missed Payments:
This is an exclusive program with only 12 places available. If you miss a payment, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program. Consistent attendance and commitment are crucial; this program is not a "turn up if you want to" course.

3. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

When you submit your first payment, you form a contract with us on these terms.

4. NO RECORDING OR SHARING OF CONTENT

Your enrollment is for your personal use only. Unless specified otherwise, the fees you pay allow only you to access and use the course materials.

You must not share your account details, course materials, or recordings, or rebroadcast them in any format.

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND COMMENTS

You may have the opportunity to post comments, participate in discussions, or publish content within the community platform. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

You must only submit original content. If your content infringes someone else's rights, you must bear all costs if a legal claim is made against us.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

You must adhere to any code of conduct we publish to protect our members from abusive comments or behaviours. Failure to do so may result in termination of your participation.

7. OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES

Minor Changes:
We may change these terms or the program content:

• To comply with changes in the law.
• For technical improvements.

More Significant Changes:
We may update course content or change course dates and availability. You will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

8. YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT

You may cancel your contract within the first 14 days after subscribing to the program and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed any content or attended any workshops or Satsangs.

Once you access the content, attend your first workshop or Satsang, you lose the right to cancel. If you wish to cancel before accessing any content, attending a workshop or a Satsang, please email [email protected].

9. OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT

We may terminate this contract with one month's notice. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach of contract, we will refund any payments made for future services. If we terminate due to your breach of these terms, we may withhold fees paid as liquidated damages.

10. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. In cases of unforeseen events such as illness or other significant life changes, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to both parties. Refunds will be processed promptly, but please allow up to seven business days for the refund to arrive in your account.

11. SUMMARY OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

We are required by law to supply services that comply with this contract. If any digital content is provided, it must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If digital content is faulty, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights are subject to certain exceptions. 12. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

You cannot transfer your rights to someone else. Each program purchase is for your personal use only.

This contract is between you and us; no other parties can enforce any part of this contract.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These terms are governed by Scots law. If you live in the UK, any disputes will be resolved in the courts in your part of the UK. If you live outside the UK, disputes will be resolved in the Scottish Courts.
