A Satsang is a gathering of people who come together to seek truth and wisdom. The term "Satsang" comes from Sanskrit, where "Sat" means truth and "Sang" means company or association. During this Satsang, participants ask questions to gain deeper insights into their awakening journey. The purpose of a Satsang is to provide a sense of community, support for personal growth, and help individuals connect with their inner self and the universe. It is a time for reflection, learning, emotional and spiritual nourishment.

In the context of all of The Islay Wellness Academy teachings, spirituality is defined as an inward journey to discover the truth of who you are at a deep, unique, individual soul level. Heather has a fact-based understanding of intelligence in nature and in the subtle energy of our environments, which is outwith traditional teachings of Western cultures.
